Home Health Nurse New

Insight Global is looking for multiple sharp Home Health Nurses to join a growing pediatric and senior home health provider providing care across the state of Georgia.

This is a part-time role with 8-10 hours of work per week, with the opportunity to work more hours if desired. Each RN will work within the geographic area of Georgia they reside in to ensure that each Nurse works within a reasonable commute radius.

In this role, the Home Health Nurse will support pediatric patients in their homes by providing compassionate care to both the patient and their family members/guardians. This role is fully remote outside of home visits, so charting and documentation can be done remotely.

Day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:

• Drive to patient homes within geographic territory to provide care
• Manage relationships with patient guardians, ensuring that information and updates are relayed promptly and accurately
• Document and chart all patient visits and updates
• Report progress and visit information to leadership staff

Required skills and experience:

• RN credentialed in the state of Georgia
• Must possess reliable, personal transportation to navigate to patient homes
• 1+ year of home health nursing experience required
